Privacy policy
This policy explains what information SKYDIGITAL LLC ("we", "us") processes when you use the SKYDIGITAL Pro website and application, why we process it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly and information generated by your use of the service.
- checkAccount data: name, email address, and password hash.
- checkBilling data: company name, billing email, and payment status. Card details are processed by Stripe and never stored by us.
- checkIntegration data: your Apify account identifier and an encrypted API token you choose to connect.
- checkLead data: business records returned by runs you launch, plus the notes, tags, and statuses you add.
- checkUsage data: pages visited, actions taken, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure the service, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not use lead data from one customer for the benefit of another.
Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of providers to run the service. Each processes data only on our instructions.
- checkVercel: hosting and content delivery.
- checkSupabase: authentication and database storage.
- checkStripe: payment processing and invoicing.
- checkApify: execution of scraping runs under your own account.
- checkResend: transactional email such as sign-in links and receipts.
Retention
Account and lead data are kept while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for tax, accounting, or legal obligations. Backups are rotated within 90 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from the workspace or by emailing us. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
