We want you to buy with confidence. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one.

Free trial first
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access, so you can confirm the product fits before paying. We encourage you to launch real runs during the trial.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions
You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Charges already made for the current period are not refunded, except where required by law or where a billing error occurred on our side.
Lifetime plan
Lifetime purchases can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if you have launched fewer than 10 runs. After that window the purchase is final.
Invoices
Invoice payments follow the terms stated on the invoice. Cancelled invoices cannot be paid; if a payment was made against an invoice that was later cancelled, we refund it in full.
How to request a refund
Email aminemebarki130813@gmail.com from your workspace email with the invoice or receipt number. We respond within two business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
