Terms of service
These terms are a contract between you and SKYDIGITAL LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful business prospecting. You agree to comply with the terms of the data sources you access through your own Apify account, with anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, and with applicable privacy laws when you contact the people and businesses in your leads.

- checkNo reselling raw exports as a data product.
- checkNo attempts to access other customers' workspaces or to circumvent limits.
Third-party services
Runs execute on Apify under your own account and are subject to Apify's terms and pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. We are not responsible for changes to or outages of third-party services.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from workspace settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase for the current product and its future updates, for as long as the product is offered. Invoice-based purchases are due by the date shown on the invoice.
Intellectual property
We own the service and its software. You own the leads, notes, and exports you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that any run will return a particular number or quality of results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missoula County, Montana.
